The GDR Honda Canada Fox Racing team gave us full access to Dylan Wright’s CRF450, straight off the track after Moto 2 at Round 1 of the Canadian Nationals in Calgary.

After Dylan’s heroic second moto, which included two crashes and a last-lap pass for the win, we’ll be honest, we were a little nervous to see what kind of shape the bike was in! It was a bit bent up Cory, Dylan’s mechanic, swapped the clutch, gave it a wash, replaced the cracked header pipe, and sent us on our way with the bike.

Charlie spent most of last season on a 2025 CRF450, so he had a solid baseline for how the bike performs straight off the showroom floor. That made his feedback even more valuable, check out the video to hear his full thoughts on Dylan’s race bike.
